    摘要:

    鐵路信號室里信號線(xiàn)的數量眾多,如何準確定位芯線(xiàn)接地故障的位置是個(gè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題;文章針對故障芯線(xiàn)阻容網(wǎng)絡(luò )的接地模型,提出了單頻幅相法的故障定位方法,即用故障芯線(xiàn)各個(gè)測試點(diǎn)的幅相信息來(lái)確定故障點(diǎn)的位置,并且為了解決單頻幅相法操作上的局限性,提出了基于折合相位差的雙頻幅相法定位原理;介紹了一種以TMS320C5509A數字信號處理芯片為數據處理和控制核心的便攜式信號電纜接地故障檢測儀,給出了該系統的工作原理及硬件、軟件實(shí)現方案;經(jīng)實(shí)驗室測試及系統聯(lián)調,實(shí)驗室條件下用信號發(fā)射裝置和信號接收裝置對模擬故障電纜進(jìn)行測試,測試結果表明,設計的測試系統能夠定位1 MΩ接地電阻故障;該儀器達到了一定的精度,能較好地適用于工程現場(chǎng)的測試。

    Abstract:

    There are a lot of signal lines in the signal chamber, how to accurately locate the fault position is a problem to be solved. Aiming at grounding model of fault wire resistance-capacitance network, a single frequency amplitude-phase fault location method was proposed in this paper, that is to determine the position of the fault point according to amplitude-phase information in each test point of the fault component wire. And in response to the operational boundlessness of single frequency amplitude-phase method, dual frequency amplitude-phase location principle based on equivalent phase difference was proposed.A portable signal cable fault location detector is introduced. It has been designed in a compact size by using TMS320 C5509A. The system principle is embodied with hardware and software design. Through test in the laboratory as well as systematic joint debugging, test was conducted on simulated fault cable using sender unit and signal reception device. The result of the test shows that the test system is able to locate the fault of grounding 1 MΩ resistance.The error of fault location indicates that this instrument achieves satisfied precision and works well in engineering environment .
