    摘要:

    隨著(zhù)科學(xué)技術(shù)和生活水平不斷的提高,人們的財產(chǎn)和人身安全問(wèn)題已經(jīng)不僅僅來(lái)自于傳統的經(jīng)驗,而是逐漸的轉變到虛擬的網(wǎng)絡(luò )當中;為此,提高人們的隱私安全和財產(chǎn)安全需要加強網(wǎng)絡(luò )監控,其中圖像監控是較為主要的方面;加強圖像監控的可靠性和實(shí)時(shí)性,是實(shí)現社會(huì )穩步發(fā)展和人民網(wǎng)絡(luò )隱私安全的首要目標;應用計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò )技術(shù)和現代化通訊技術(shù)相結合,綜合圖像處理技術(shù)和模式識別技術(shù)的應用,設計應用于網(wǎng)絡(luò )圖像監控系統是當前社會(huì )發(fā)展的安全技術(shù)保障之一;文章通過(guò)對圖像監控進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)析,闡述圖像處理技術(shù)和模式識別技術(shù)的相關(guān)方面,探討研究網(wǎng)絡(luò )圖像監控中圖像識別和處理方面的技術(shù);通過(guò)對圖像處理中的色彩均化和模糊識別實(shí)驗,得出其對于網(wǎng)絡(luò )中傳播的圖片辨識度和提取信息能力具有很高的發(fā)展。

    Abstract:

    In the continuous improvement of science and technology and living standards, people's property and personal safety problem has not only come from the traditional practical, but gradually transformed into the virtual network. In order to improve people's privacy and security, we need to strengthen the network monitoring, in which the image monitoring is the most important aspect. Strengthen the reliability and real-time performance of image monitoring in the community to achieve steady development and people's network privacy security and property safety of the primary objectives. The application of computer network technology and modern communication technology, the application of comprehensive image processing technology and pattern recognition technology, applied to the design of network image monitoring system is one of the technical support of the social development. In this paper, the image processing technology and pattern recognition technology are analyzed, and the technology of image recognition and processing in network image monitoring is discussed. Through the experiment of color equalization and fuzzy recognition in image processing, it can be concluded that the ability of image recognition and information extraction can be very high.
