    摘要:

    噴霧系統作為某結冰風(fēng)洞關(guān)鍵子系統之一,用以模擬高空云霧環(huán)境,其噴嘴前端水壓控制精度和快速穩定性對提高云霧均勻性和風(fēng)洞試驗效率具有重要意義。針對該風(fēng)洞噴霧水壓系統設備數量多、布局分散的特點(diǎn),設計了主從控制網(wǎng)絡(luò )拓撲結構;針對系統指標要求高、環(huán)境條件嚴苛的特性對調節閥執行機構的定位精度、控制系統的可靠性等進(jìn)行了設計,最后分析了系統多支路并聯(lián)調壓的特性,提出了控制策略,并基于分段PID算法實(shí)現了噴霧水壓的精確和快速控制。該設計方法對復雜工況下風(fēng)洞系統設計以及多支路并聯(lián)調壓系統的設計具有借鑒作用。

    Abstract:

    The spray system is one of the key subsystems of one ice wind tunnel, which is used for simulating the high-altitude cloud environment. The control precision and fast stability of the nozzle anterior water pressure is very important to improve the efficiency of wind tunnel test and the uniformity of cloud. The master-slave control network topology was designed base of a large number of equipment and scattered layout.The location accuracy of adjusting valve actuator, and the reliability of the control system was also devised, according to the high index requirement and the harsh environment. In addition, the characteristic of the multi-branch parallel pressure regulating system was analyzed, and then the control strategy was proposed. Finally, the precise and fast control of the spray water pressure was realized based on the segmented PID algorithm. The design method can be used as a reference for the design of wind tunnel system under complex condition and for the design of multi-branch parallel pressure regulating system.
