    摘要:

    為提高大功率天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速時(shí)的穩態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)效果,以V模式為研究手段,基于一款六缸天然氣多點(diǎn)電噴發(fā)動(dòng)機,實(shí)現了發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速控制策。首先針對不同的怠速工況設計了不同的目標怠速轉速值的計算,并根據發(fā)動(dòng)機特性確定了PI控制模式。利用目標怠速轉速和瞬時(shí)轉速的差值確定不同PI控制參數,通過(guò)PI控制調節電子節氣門(mén)的開(kāi)度,從而實(shí)現對發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速轉速的控制。然后根據實(shí)際發(fā)動(dòng)機參數搭建了發(fā)動(dòng)機MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真模型,用于對怠速控制策略進(jìn)行軟件在環(huán)仿真測試以及PI控制參數預標定。最后在天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機試驗臺架上對控制策略進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的試驗和標定。試驗結果表明:該怠速控制策略,可讓發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速響應時(shí)間控制在1秒左右,轉速穩定時(shí)間在2秒左右,發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速穩態(tài)誤差控制在±5rpm范圍之內,實(shí)現了對怠速的良好穩定控制。

    Abstract:

    To improve the stable and dynamic characteristic of high-power natural gas engine idle speed, an idle speed control strategy was accomplished by V-model based on a six-cylinder natural gas engine with electric controlled multi-point injection system. First, the target idle speed was designed to be calculated in different ways according to different engine working conditions, and PI control was determined by engine characteristics. In order to realize an excellent control effect, the electronic throttle angle was controlled by different PI control parameters which was looked up by the difference between target idle speed and engine transient speed. Then, using the software MATLAB/SIMULINK, a simulation engine model was set up based on the test engine which was used for software in the loop test of idle control strategy and for pre-calibration. Finally, the idle control strategy was further verified and calibrated by engine bench test. The test result shows that: the responding speed of engine speed is about 1s, the transient time is about 2s, and the steady state error is less than ±5r/min, which has an excellent control on the test engine by the idle speed control strategy.
