Besides, their advantages and disadvantages are compared. a simple and reliable circuit design is put forward combined with experience in test. Experiments validate the circuit can completely meet requirements of the test and especially can pass through 5a test pulse continuously. With good performance and high reliability of surge suppression, the circuit meets the design requirements, which means it can be widely applied to the power supply protection and surge suppression of vehicle controller.
