    利用Matlab軟件中的MBC(model-based calibration)工具箱和仿真軟件Ricardo Wave對汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機的動(dòng)力性進(jìn)行了基于模型的標定和優(yōu)化;在標定流程中,首先利用Wave建立了發(fā)動(dòng)機仿真模型,并通過(guò)驗證;接著(zhù),運用實(shí)驗設計(DoE)方法確定了發(fā)動(dòng)機的運行工況點(diǎn),并用仿真模型計算出發(fā)動(dòng)機在這些工況點(diǎn)處的參數和性能(扭矩、油耗、功率和缸內最高壓力等);最后,建立發(fā)動(dòng)機數學(xué)統計模型和標定優(yōu)化;得到了發(fā)動(dòng)機點(diǎn)火提前角、空燃比MAP圖和優(yōu)化后轉矩的三維圖;研究結果表明,該方法結合現代DoE試驗設計理論和自動(dòng)標定技術(shù),不僅使發(fā)動(dòng)機的扭矩從198 Nm提升到215 Nm,還能減少試驗時(shí)間,提高標定效率。

    Abstract:

    The MBC (model-based calibration) toolbox in MATLAB software and Ricardo Wave were used to optimize the power performance of a gasoline engine. In the calibration process, firstly, the Wave simulation model of the engine was established and validated; then, engine operating points were determined by using the design of experiments (DOE) method, and parameters and performance (torque, fuel consumption, power and the cylinder maximum pressure, etc.) of the engine at these operating points were calculated by the simulation model. Finally, the engine mathematical statistical model was established and calibration optimization. The engine ignition advance angle, air-fuel ratio and the torque of the engine were obtained. The results show that the method combined with the modern DoE test design theory and automatic calibration technology not only makes the engine torque from 198 Nm to 215 Nm, but also reduces the test time and improve the calibration efficiency.
