摘要:

為解決地源熱泵系統中的進(jìn)出水流量測量,設計研究基于超聲波時(shí)差法原理的非接觸式在線(xiàn)流量監測裝置。系統以STM32F407 ZE為主控制器,定時(shí)采集流量、完成數據封包、加密和遠端服務(wù)器交互任務(wù)；以MSP430F2618為流量測量控制器,采用時(shí)差法以TDC-GP22精準測量超聲波在介質(zhì)中傳播時(shí)間,實(shí)現管道流體流速、流量實(shí)時(shí)監測。系統測試結果實(shí)現流量數據測量及上傳存儲到遠端服務(wù)器,滿(mǎn)足地源熱泵系統流量監測需求。

Abstract:

Delta-T method ultrasonic flow measuring System is designed in order to solve the flow measurement in ground source heat pump. The system collect the flow data, packet and encrypt the data ,communicate with the remote server at fixed time intervals by STM32F407 ZE. It accurate measure the transmission time of ultrasonic propagation in the medium with the Delta-T method by TDC-GP22 and MSP430F2618 . Finally the system realized the velocity and flow rate measurement in real-time. It is proved can upload the flow data to the remote server by test, it can meet the needs of flow measurement for ground source heat pump.
