    摘要:

    為了方便對患者心電信號進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監測,實(shí)現對心臟疾病的及時(shí)預防及診斷,利用一款基于A(yíng)Tmega328p微控制器的Arduino開(kāi)發(fā)板、一塊心電監測前端模塊AD8232及上位機軟件LabVIEW開(kāi)發(fā)出一套心電實(shí)時(shí)監測系統,并利用LabVIEW設計出多種軟件濾波方法來(lái)抑制心電信號中的噪聲。由于心電信號的時(shí)頻特性能提供反映患者心臟活動(dòng)動(dòng)態(tài)行為的信息,該系統還包括基于LabVIEW設計出的多種用于心電信號實(shí)時(shí)分析的程序,使被試心電信號所包含的生理特性能夠及時(shí)地被分析出來(lái)。利用所開(kāi)發(fā)的心電實(shí)時(shí)監測分析系統對被試的心電信號進(jìn)行采集和分析,發(fā)現系統能夠非常靈敏、準確地檢測心電信號,并對信號噪聲有著(zhù)很好的抑制能力。此外系統能夠對信號進(jìn)行各式的實(shí)時(shí)分析,且分析結果可靠,能夠運用于臨床診斷。利用該系統對心電信號進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)采集和分析,其測量結果準確、去噪效果良好、分析結果可靠,為今后心電實(shí)時(shí)監測分析系統的設計提供了借鑒。

    Abstract:

    Objections To develop a low-cost, precise and reliable real-time ECG monitoring and analysis system for the real-time ECG signals acquisition to realize the prediction and diagnosis of heart diseases. Methods This system is designed using a signal disposal module AD8232, an Arduino UNO board based on ATmega328p microcontroller and the PC software LabVIEW. The windowed FIR filter and wavelet denoise module are designed for the preprocess of the extracted signals. Since time and frequency characteristics of the ECG signal can provide information on the dynamic behavior of the patient's heart activity, a variety of programs used for ECG signal analysis are designed, such as the Spectrum Analysis and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis. Results The developed system is able to conduct real-time analysis on the measured ECG signals. The physiological characteristics contained in the ECG signals of patients can be measured accurately and the interference signals can be filtered very well. This system can also perform various kinds of analysis and the analysis results are reliable enough to be used in the clinical diagnosis. Conclusion Being able to measure and analyze signals accurately and filter the noise well, this ECG real-time measuring and analysis system is of great values for the future development of ECG monitors.
