The positioning accuracy of satellite navigation receiver is effected by the accuracy of tropospheric delay model.This paper proposes that the use of UNB3 tropospheric delay model to replace the existing Saastamoinen’s in RTKLIB in order to improve the positioning accuracy. Through comparative analysis, both Saastamoinen tropospheric delay and UNB3 models are given theoretical analysis in their accuracy .And the use of satellite navigation data were measured to analyze their calculation error in tropospheric delay and pseudo-range residuals, which demonstrated the improvement of the proposed alternative. By using UNB3 tropospheric delay model, positioning accuracy in RTKLIB shows better results than the existing one.
