摘要:

智能化儀器儀表設計研究成為新一代工業(yè)制造技術(shù)突破的重要瓶頸之一。LON智能變送器是基于LonWorks總線(xiàn),具有多種信息智能處理的智能變送器,能夠將標準的模擬信號、傳感器輸出的非標準的弱模擬信號及其脈沖信號轉換為數字信號,與其它控制儀表實(shí)現雙向數字通訊。LON智能變送器除了具有數字調零、數字濾波等功能外,其重要特征是具有傳感器故障診斷與處理功能,在傳感器失效后,能夠在一定時(shí)間內繼續輸出有效數據,保證控制系統的穩定和安全。

Abstract:

Design and research of an intelligent instrument and meters is one of important bottlenecks by which the new generation of industrial manufacturing technology makes a breakthrough. Lon intelligent transducer is based on LonWorks bus, and it can makes standard analog signal, nonstandard weak analog signal and pulse signal into digital signal and communicates with other intelligent instruments by bidirectional digital communication. The important feature of the transducer is the function of dealing with sensor failure, and it can continue to output valid data when the senor gets into failure at some time. So the function can keep the controlled system stable and safety.
