摘要:

FlexRay總線(xiàn)作為一種高速、靈活、可靠的串行通信總線(xiàn)，已逐漸成為汽車(chē)網(wǎng)絡(luò )的主流。為了驗證該總線(xiàn)技術(shù)在航天技術(shù)應用上的可行性，設計了一個(gè)基于TMS570LS3137安全控制器和PXI8517集成測試板卡的FlexRay總線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò )測試系統。從硬件設計、平臺搭建、協(xié)議規范、節點(diǎn)設計、網(wǎng)絡(luò )定義等方面介紹了測試系統的設計方案，實(shí)現了網(wǎng)絡(luò )中各個(gè)節點(diǎn)之間的同步和數據收發(fā)，最終實(shí)現了FlexRay網(wǎng)絡(luò )之間的通信。試驗結果表明了FlexRay網(wǎng)絡(luò )通信系統的可行性和可靠性，并以其高速和強冗余特點(diǎn)成功應用于國家863項目機電作動(dòng)系統研制項目中。

Abstract:

FlexRay bus as a kind of high speed,flexible and reliable serial communication bus,which has gradually become the mainstream of the automotive network.In order to verify the feasibility of the bus in the application of space technology,this paper designs a test system based on FlexRay bus TMS570LS3137 controller and PXI8517 integrated test card,from the protocol specification,node design and network etc,presents a design scheme of the test system,the test results show the feasibility and reliability of the system.
