摘要:

針對大型激光驅動(dòng)器故障定位難,診斷、處置效率低的基本現狀,提出利用專(zhuān)家系統進(jìn)行故障診斷的基本思路,并以自動(dòng)準直子系統為例,介紹了專(zhuān)家系統的體系架構、故障樹(shù)模型、知識庫設計和基于CLIPS工具的實(shí)現方法。初步應用結果表明,該專(zhuān)家系統有助于提高裝置的故障診斷效率和智能化水平,增強系統可用性。

Abstract:

A new expert system is designed for fault diagnosis of a laser facility to deal with the problems such as hard fault isolation and low diagnosis efficiency.Taking a laser alignment subsystem as an example,the expert system_,s structure,fault tree model, knowledge base and CLIPS-based implementation is presened in this paper. The result show that the efficiency and intellectualised leve of fault diagnosis can be improved distinctly ,by this way.
