摘要:

隨著(zhù)航天事業(yè)的發(fā)展，航天器將迎來(lái)高密度的研制和發(fā)射任務(wù)。測試設計和實(shí)施同步、測試現場(chǎng)消耗大的測試模式導致測試效率低下，不能滿(mǎn)足未來(lái)的綜合測試需求。為解決航天器測試效率不能適應測試任務(wù)的問(wèn)題，設計了航天器數字化測試模式。搭建數字化測試平臺，實(shí)現測試準備、測試實(shí)施、測試評估全周期自動(dòng)化。基于數字化測試平臺，開(kāi)展綜合測試專(zhuān)業(yè)化設計與實(shí)施。推進(jìn)測試設計與測試實(shí)施分離，將測試設計工作前移，測試設計人員通過(guò)測試用例與測試判據的精細化設計，將測試準備工作做充分，實(shí)現測試實(shí)施和評估過(guò)程自動(dòng)化。數字化測試模式應用于多個(gè)航天器型號綜合測試，形成多個(gè)固化測試用例數據庫，有效提升測試效率，為后續型號測試能力的提升奠定堅實(shí)的基礎。

Abstract:

To solving the problem of collision between inefficient test and high-frequency spacecraft design and launch missions, digital test mode is proposed. Push test design apart from test implement and move test design forward based on digital test platform. Through subtly design of test case and criterion, test provision is well prepared. Adding the automation of test implement and evaluation, test efficiency and ability will be advanced. The paper advanced digital test mode, introduced digital test process, and summarized test applications and effectiveness.
