摘要:

針對具有高可靠、長(cháng)壽命特點(diǎn)的智能電能表,應用加速退化試驗方法進(jìn)行可靠性評估是一種有效的方法。開(kāi)展加速退化試驗過(guò)程中,在高加速應力激發(fā)下,一方面可觀(guān)測到智能電能表的性能退化,也可能出現智能電能表的整表失效。如何融合智能電能表加速壽命試驗過(guò)程中的整表失效數據、性能退化數據轉化得到的偽壽命數據,從而進(jìn)行智能電能表的綜合可靠性評估,是智能電能表可靠性評估急需解決的問(wèn)題。本文研究提出基于貝葉斯方法的智能電能表可靠性評估方法,給出融合智能電能表的整表失效數據、偽壽命數據的數據處理方法及計算模型,探討了偽失效數據計算方法、整表失效數據與偽失效壽命數據相容性檢驗方法等。

Abstract:

Accelerated Deterioration Test (ADT) can be used as a valid method to accessing reliability of smart meter which is highly reliable with a long lifetime. Under the intensive stress environment, one can not only observe the deterioration on the performance of a smart meter, but also observe the failure of a smart meter. It is very important to find out how to merge these two kinds of data, i.e., the failure data of smart meter and the deterioration data of smart meter, to obtain the Pseudo-Failure Lifetime data, for a purpose of reliability assessment. This work studied a method of reliability assessment on smart meter based on Bayesian method, presented a way of merging the failure data of smart meter and the deterioration data of smart meter, and studied a method of consistency check on these two sets of data.
