摘要:

當前導彈筒箱對接工作中普遍采用人工操作方法，通過(guò)目視指揮操作實(shí)現卡口對接，精確性差，步驟繁瑣，效率低下。針對此問(wèn)題，基于雙目視覺(jué)測量技術(shù)提出了一種自動(dòng)對接方法，利用雙攝像頭測量對接卡口的成像偏差，計算筒彈調整的距離和角度，實(shí)現筒彈支腳和對接卡口的準確對準。然后研究了系統測量誤差，利用非線(xiàn)性回歸擬合方法分析了誤差計算公式，利用等距標尺設計了測量誤差標定實(shí)驗方案，并針對攝像頭安裝不便的問(wèn)題，給出了中點(diǎn)延長(cháng)安裝方法和計算補償方法，最后設計了筒彈自動(dòng)化對接系統的基本結構。試驗結果表明，該方法能夠有效獲取筒彈對接偏差距離和角度，為位置調整系統提供有效輸入，從而實(shí)現導彈筒箱的自動(dòng)對接。

Abstract:

To solve the problems of multi steps and low efficiency caused by low precision of manual operation in missile tube merging work, an automatic method was studied based on binocular vision measuring technology. Calculating formulas of parameters to be adjusted in every step were deduced. Then the measuring error was researched and the way to get its calculating formula was given out by non-linear regression fitted method, followed was the calibration experiment to get the samples. Also, for convenient installation, translation scheme and its compensation method were analyzed. At last, the basic structure of an automatic merging system was designed, which could provide valuable reference for improving merging work efficiency.
