摘要:

在對現有維修檢測設備存在不足分析的基礎上,結合武器裝備的維修技術(shù)保障需求,利用分塊設計思想,采用虛擬儀器、人工智能、計算機通訊與控制等技術(shù),搭建了基于虛擬儀器的裝備自動(dòng)測試系統硬件平臺整體架構,在對系統各功能模塊原理進(jìn)行分析之后,對系統主控電路、電磁兼容性進(jìn)行了設計;采用虛擬儀器的裝備自動(dòng)測試系統硬件平臺,具有智能化、通用化、可視化的特點(diǎn),通過(guò)試驗結果分析,測試系統硬件平臺能夠實(shí)現裝備的性能檢測和故障診斷,測試數據符合任務(wù)要求,能滿(mǎn)足各級修理機構維修測試需求。

Abstract:

Combining with the security requirements of equipment maintenance tecnoiogy,using modular design thought,the article employed the technology of virtual instrument,artificial intelligence and computer communication and control,designed the hardware platform architecture of equipment automatic test system based on virtual instrument.After analyzing each function module principles,the paper designs the system main controled circuit and electromagnetic compatibility.The results indicate the system platform realizes the equipment performance test and fault diagnosis,and the test datas conform to the task requirments.The platform can satisfy the maintenance requirements for all levels repair departments.
