摘要:

針對現存的大多圖像增強算法增強的圖像可見(jiàn)性丟失問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于BIRCH聚類(lèi)加速的彩色圖像增強算法；首先,通過(guò)BIRCH聚類(lèi)加速確定數據庫中與輸入圖像直方圖相似度最高的圖像來(lái)提取圖像特征；然后,選擇最小歐氏距離的特征值進(jìn)行圖像融合以獲取目標圖像；最后,增強圖像通過(guò)目標圖像直方圖規范化和后期處理獲得;大量圖像融合實(shí)驗結果驗證了算法的有效性,該算法擴展了圖像增強的類(lèi)別,解決了增強過(guò)程中可能出現的可見(jiàn)性丟失問(wèn)題,使圖像增強的適應性更強;另外,EM、CII和SSIM評估指標的結果表明該算法明顯改善了增強效果。

Abstract:

As the loss visibility problems for most of the existing image enhancement algorithms,a color image enhancement algorithm based on BIRCH cluster acceleration is proposed. Firstly,the images in the database with highest histogram correlation with input images are identified with birch cluster acceleration. Then,the target image is obtained by fusing images based on minimum Euclidean distance between extracted features. Finally,the enhanced-image is obtained by the normalization of the target image and after-processing. The verification of the proposed algorithm is testified by many experimental results. And the proposed algorithm extends the image enhancement category and solves the loss visibility problems that may occur during enhancing,making image enhancement adaptable. In addition,the results of the assessment indicators EM,CII and SSIM show that the proposed algorithm improves the enhanced effect significantly.
