摘要:

國內故障診斷、預測與健康管理領(lǐng)域尚未形成完整的健康管理系統，地面支持系統的架構研究處于起步階段。通過(guò)借鑒國際先進(jìn)的民機健康管理的技術(shù)、規范和成功經(jīng)驗，深入研究了民機運營(yíng)支持和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支援的健康管理業(yè)務(wù)需求和應用需求，從數據模型、平臺架構、業(yè)務(wù)架構三個(gè)方面提出了民用飛機基于DPHM的地面支持系統架構設計方案。依據架構設計方案，開(kāi)發(fā)了原理樣機，并進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗驗證。實(shí)驗驗證顯示，原理樣機能夠正確解碼原始數據，演示功能符合預期，模塊間接口順暢，從而表明了地面支持系統架構設計方案的可行性。

Abstract:

Many researches have been conducted at Diagnosis, Prognosis and Health Management (DPHM) and progresses have been made in advanced sensors, knowledge modelling, prediction algorithms, etc. However, a complete health management system has yet to be formed. Particularly, the research into the ground support system architecture is at the early stage. This study intends to investigate the operation and application requirements of health management in commercial operation support and product technical support by referencing the state of art health management technologies, specifications and successful experience. The design scheme of the ground support system architecture is proposed based on civil aircraft health management in order to satisfy the information demand and product support demand of aircraft health management from various customers.
