摘要:

研究水下自航行器(AUV) 外形及水動(dòng)力性能優(yōu)化的問(wèn)題,為使得AUV具有較小航行阻力的同時(shí)擁有較大承載能力,需要不斷進(jìn)行AUV模型重建以及水動(dòng)力結果分析,人工完成將會(huì )耗時(shí)很長(cháng),Isight多學(xué)科優(yōu)化設計平臺搭載常用的優(yōu)化算法—NSGA-II遺傳算法,整合Solidworks、Gambit、Fluent三大集成模塊實(shí)現數據交換以進(jìn)行AUV外形的建模、仿真并完成設計過(guò)程的自動(dòng)化和智能的設計探索,確定最佳設計參數；仿真結果表明,最終優(yōu)化后的AUV不僅減小了航行阻力并且擁有更大的承載能力；因此采用多學(xué)科優(yōu)化軟件Isight能夠有效提高AUV外形及水動(dòng)力性能優(yōu)化的準確性和效率,提升其整體水動(dòng)力性能。

Abstract:

For the lower navigation resistance but the stronger carrying capacity of autonomous underwater vehicle, the modeling restruction and hydrodynamic performance analysis of AUV must be ongoing, which will be quite time-consuming manually. Isight,providing a multidisciplinary optimization design platform assembled with common optimization algorithm—the NSGA-II genetic algorithm,integrates Solidworks、Gambit、Fluent to modeling and simulating of the AUV shape to complete the design process of the design automatically and intelligently to achieve the optimum design parameters. The results indicate that the ultimate shape parameters of the AUV after optimization appears the lower navigation resistance but the stronger carrying capacity. Hence Isight is able to further strengthen the computing efficiency and practicability of AUV’s configuration and hydrodynamic performance optimization to improve its whole hydrodynamic performance.
