摘要:

溶液中無(wú)機鹽離子的定向流動(dòng)會(huì )產(chǎn)生微弱的電壓信號,通過(guò)檢測電壓信號可以計算離子的濃度、植物根系吸收離子的速度,進(jìn)而獲取植物的生理信息；對植物動(dòng)態(tài)離子流信號檢測系統進(jìn)行設計,采用STM32F103ZET6作為主控芯片,利用極低偏置電流放大芯片和高共模抑制比差分放大芯片,給出了信號放大、濾波處理和數據采集電路,對系統噪聲來(lái)源進(jìn)行分析,提出了降低噪聲的方法,并通過(guò)STM32進(jìn)行A/D轉換,把轉換數據傳輸到上位機；該設計實(shí)現了植物動(dòng)態(tài)離子流信號的檢測,得到了離子在溶液中的流速。

Abstract:

Inorganic ions in solution directional flow can produce a weak voltage signal, by detecting the voltage signal, the ion concentration and the velocity of the ion uptake by plant roots can be calculated, then get the plant physiological information. The design of signal detection system for plant dynamic ion current, using STM32F103ZET6 as main control chip, using low offset current amplifier and high common mode rejection ratio difference amplifier. gives a signal amplifying, filtering processing and data acquisition circuit, discuss the source of noise and noise reduction method, use STM32 microcontroller for A/D conversion and transfer data to the host computer. The design realized the detection of the signal of the ion flow in the plant, and got the flow velocity of the ion in the solution.
