摘要:

針對現代飛機高集成度機電管理系統的測試與仿真需求,提出一種基于PXI技術(shù)的新型機電管理系統綜合檢測系統設計與實(shí)現方案。在該方案中，機電管理系統的所有信號經(jīng)過(guò)信號接口盒后進(jìn)入到綜合檢測系統中，通過(guò)斷點(diǎn)模塊連接機電管理系統產(chǎn)品，在斷點(diǎn)模塊可以對綜合檢測系統的所有信號進(jìn)行監控測試、信號驗證及分析處理；通過(guò)硬線(xiàn)、RS422總線(xiàn)、GJB289A總線(xiàn)、ARINC429總線(xiàn)形式將機電管理系統和機電管理系統綜合檢測系統相連接。該系統可有效節省硬件資源、準確實(shí)現信號級故障隔離,可實(shí)現機電管理系統硬件和軟件的獨立檢測并且可實(shí)現多臺機電管理系統的測試和檢驗；與傳統手動(dòng)檢測相比,可以平均節省60%的檢測時(shí)間。通過(guò)測試和試驗,機電管理系統綜合檢測系統工作穩定、可靠。

Abstract:

For modern aircraft high integration test and simulation of electromechanical management system requirements, in this paper, a new type of electromechanical management system based on PXI technology integrated test system design and implementation scheme. The system can effectively save the hardware resources, accurately realize the signal level fault isolation, which can realize the electromechanical management system software and hardware independent testing and can realize many sets of electromechanical management system of testing and inspection;Compared with the traditional manual detection, can save an average of 60% of testing time.Through test and experiment, and electromechanical management system integrated test system is stable, reliable work.
