摘要:

針對應變式負荷傳感器容易受環(huán)境溫度變化的影響,對其受溫度變化的影響機理進(jìn)行了研究,建立了溫度補償數學(xué)模型;研究表明應變式負荷傳感器的輸出是與載荷和溫度大小有關(guān)的多元曲線(xiàn),即包含2條曲線(xiàn):曲線(xiàn)1是溫度不變時(shí)的“載荷-輸出”,曲線(xiàn)2是載荷不變時(shí)的“溫度-輸出”;經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗驗證,在經(jīng)過(guò)4次擬合補償修正后,曲線(xiàn)1的輸出示值誤差由±0.15%減少到±0.006%,而曲線(xiàn)2減少到±0.009%;因此,選用曲線(xiàn)1擬合修正溫度補償方法,并通過(guò)實(shí)際的應用驗證了該方法的有效性和可靠性。

Abstract:

In view of the influence of strain gauge load cell is easily affected by the change of environment temperature, study the mechanism of temperature change of the variable load cell, and establish the mathematical model of temperature compensation. Studies have shown that the output of the strain load cell is the multi curve which is related to the load and the temperature. The curve 1 is the "load -output" when the temperature is constant, and the curve 2 is the "temperature -output" when the load is constant. After the experimental verification, the output of the curve of the output value of the curve 1 is reduce from ±0.15% to ±0.006%, while the curve 2 is reduce to ±0.009% by 4 fitting. Therefore, select the curve 1, and through the practical application of the method to verify the validity and reliability of the method.
