摘要:

為了實(shí)現水泥廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)設備運行狀態(tài)大量實(shí)時(shí)數據的存儲,考慮到成本,選擇關(guān)系數據庫進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)數據的存儲,提出了中間緩沖和相同數據放棄存儲等技術(shù)。首先對水泥廠(chǎng)實(shí)時(shí)數據采集方案設計的過(guò)程進(jìn)行認知和分解,指出關(guān)系數據庫存儲大量實(shí)時(shí)數據是設計過(guò)程中的難點(diǎn)。綜上設計了總體模型,采用opc協(xié)議與采集服務(wù)器進(jìn)行通信,通過(guò)在水泥廠(chǎng)現場(chǎng)部署數據采集客戶(hù)端運行,效果良好,驗證了該設計的有效性。

Abstract:

To storage a large number of real-time data that represent cement production line equipment running status, considering the cost, choose a relational database to store real-time data, proposed intermediate buffer and the same data storage technologies such abandon. First, real-time data acquisition program designed to cement the process of cognition and decomposition, pointed a relational database to store large amounts of data in real time in the design process is difficult. To sum up the overall design model, using opc protocol to communicate with the collection server, in the cement plant site by deploying data collection client is running good effect, the validity of the design.
