摘要:

針對單一集群用戶(hù)提交大量作業(yè)時(shí)系統響應時(shí)間長(cháng)的問(wèn)題，提出了一種多集群系統中資源監控的設計方案，該方案主要是對集群中各個(gè)子節點(diǎn)所有可用資源的狀況進(jìn)行監控，采集子節點(diǎn)的資源信息，并將收集到的集群節點(diǎn)負載信息傳送給作業(yè)控制模塊，使得作業(yè)根據分布在多集群環(huán)境中的計算資源負載情況進(jìn)行作業(yè)跨集群調度。此方案可用于商業(yè)、高校等計算節點(diǎn)比較多的場(chǎng)所，提高工作效率，此方案已在高性能計算中應用，運行狀況穩定。實(shí)驗結果表明，當用戶(hù)并提交作業(yè)和查詢(xún)作業(yè)狀態(tài)時(shí)，多集群系統響應時(shí)間優(yōu)于單一集群系統響應時(shí)間。

Abstract:

Resource monitoring is the basis of multi-cluster system, it’s main task is to collect static and dynamic information of child node resources, and to send cluster node load information to job control module. According to the feature of the cluster system scheduling, a new method of read system file to obtain the resource information system is proposed to make up for the deficiency of the traditional resource collection, then discuss the function problem of resource monitoring module.
