摘要:

針對MEMS加速度傳感器只能對單一方向進(jìn)行標定而不足以實(shí)現自動(dòng)批量化的問(wèn)題,設計了基于MFC的MEMS加速度傳感器翻轉實(shí)驗平臺的控制軟件；該軟件是通過(guò)串口與DSP之間按照規定的協(xié)議進(jìn)行通信,對DSP進(jìn)行了有效的控制并實(shí)時(shí)顯示分析DSP傳送回來(lái)的數據,實(shí)現對步進(jìn)電機運轉情況以及翻轉臺狀態(tài)的實(shí)時(shí)顯示,根據傾角傳感器自帶的協(xié)議,模擬7段數碼管圖形化的顯示了傾角傳感器的實(shí)時(shí)數據,進(jìn)一步對翻轉臺的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了解析,達到了實(shí)時(shí)同步、直觀(guān)顯示、易于控制的效果。

Abstract:

A control software for the MEMS acceleration sensor flip experiment platform is designed in this paper to solve the problem of calibrate only a single direction which lead to the failure of automated and mass-produced. Based on the agreement of Serial interface and DSP,the software control of DSP to communicate is realized. Implementation of the workings of the stepper motor as well as the real-time display of overturning platform, according to the Angle sensor's own agreement. The send back data is real-time displayed and analysed with 7 segment digital tube graphical simulation to show the real-time display of overturning platform state, achieving the effect of real-time synchronization, the effect of visual display, easy to control.
