摘要:

為滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)管理與在線(xiàn)監測的需要,設計并實(shí)現了一個(gè)面向MES的生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)數據采集系統；該系統采用了一種基于PROFIBUS-DP和OPC技術(shù)的數據采集方法,實(shí)現了現場(chǎng)采集數據的高速及穩定的傳輸,保證了不同設備之間良好的兼容性；用戶(hù)可以通過(guò)OPC客戶(hù)端完成對生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)狀態(tài)的遠程監控,當采集到的參數超過(guò)設定的閥值時(shí),系統可以自動(dòng)報警并做出相對應的處理；經(jīng)過(guò)試驗表明,該系統各項性能良好,已經(jīng)實(shí)現MES底層硬件和軟件的深度融合,在生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)監控方面有著(zhù)很重要的應用價(jià)值。

Abstract:

In order to meet the requirement of production management and online monitoring, design and realize a data acquisition system of production line for MES. The system which uses a method of data acquisition based on PROFIBUS-DP and OPC technology, realizes high speed and stable transmission of the on-site acquisition data and ensures the good compatibility between different devices. Users can realize remote monitoring of production line status through the OPC client. When the collecting parameters exceed a set threshold, the system can automatically alarm, and make corresponding processing. By experiment, the system has good performance, has achieved the deeply integration between the hardware and the software of MES and has a very important application value in monitoring of the production line by experimentation.
