針對單體電池性能的不一致性導致串聯(lián)動(dòng)力電池組性能急劇下降以及使用壽命縮短問(wèn)題,設計了一種基于儲能電感的非耗散型均衡電路；在對動(dòng)力電池組均衡電路充電過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析的基礎上,根據電池組中單體電池的SOC值,采用模糊控制算法對均衡電路切換的占空比進(jìn)行控制,調節其充電電流,從而實(shí)現電池組充電的均衡控制；在恒流工況下,對四節電池串聯(lián)電池組進(jìn)行了均衡充電的仿真實(shí)驗；實(shí)驗結果表明,設計的均衡電路和模糊均衡控制算法能夠實(shí)現能量的無(wú)損轉移,達到均衡充電的要求。

Abstract:

The performance difference of battery cells may lead to the decrease of the total storage capacity and battery life cycle. To solve this problem, a non dissipative equalization circuit based on energy storage inductors is proposed. The charging process of the equalizing circuit is analyzed in detail in this paper. According to the SOC values of the battery cells in the battery pack, the fuzzy control algorithm can control the duty ratio of switching device and tune the charging current, so as to realize rapid equalization charging of the battery pack. The simulation experiment of equalizing charge is made by using charging model of four batteries in series in the constant current conditions. Experimental results show that the designed balance circuit and fuzzy equilibrium controller can realize lossless transfer of energy and achieve the requirement of the equalizing charge.
