    摘要:

    為解決頻率特性分析儀對舵機頻率特性分析容易產(chǎn)生時(shí)間延遲及Simulink仿真分析中無(wú)法求出非線(xiàn)性舵機系統的Bode圖的問(wèn)題,針對某型舵機,采用相關(guān)測量法得到舵機的頻率特性;首先介紹了相關(guān)測量法原理,其次建立了電動(dòng)舵機的非線(xiàn)性模型,最后應用相關(guān)測量法進(jìn)行仿真分析和實(shí)驗驗證;仿真結果表明相關(guān)分析法可以得到非線(xiàn)性舵機系統的Bode圖,實(shí)驗結果為采用相關(guān)測量法計算得到的舵機的帶寬為31.824,諧振峰值為1.398 dB,頻率特性分析儀得到的帶寬為31.818,諧振峰值為和1.402 dB,二者結果一致;仿真分析和實(shí)驗證明了該方法的可行性,大大降低了硬件、儀器對系統響應的影響。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of the time delay of frequency characteristic test using frequency response analyzer and Bode diagram of nonlinear EMA system can't be directly obtained by Simulink simulation, correlation measuring method was given to obtain frequency characteristic. Firstly, the principle of correlation measuring method was introduced. Secondly, nonlinear model of EMA was built. At last, simulations and experiments on EMA were carried out using correlation measuring method. The results of simulations show that Bode diagram of nonlinear EMA system can be directly obtained by Simulink simulation. The results of experiments show that bandwidth and resonant peak using correlation measuring method are 31.824 and 1.398 dB, respectively, and bandwidth and resonant peak using Frequency Response Analyzer are 31.818 and 1.402 dB, respectively. The validity of the method is approved through simulations and experiments. It can be concluded that the method greatly reduces the impact of hardware and Frequency Response Analyzer on EMA frequency characteristic.
