摘要:

針對可燃或有毒氣體在生產(chǎn)、儲存、灌充或使用環(huán)境中發(fā)生泄漏的問(wèn)題,設計了一種以單片機STC15F2K60S2為核心處理器,利用MODBUS和RS-485布網(wǎng)方式組成監控網(wǎng)絡(luò ),實(shí)現對多個(gè)RBT-6000-FX型氣體探測器濃度信號采集和處理的氣體監測系統；本系統采用MODBUS通信協(xié)議設計單片機與氣體探測器之間的數據通信,通過(guò)RS-485總線(xiàn)實(shí)現對多個(gè)氣體探測器的實(shí)時(shí)監測；系統工作中若某位置的探測器檢測到該處氣體發(fā)生泄漏,則在單片機查詢(xún)各處探測器狀態(tài)時(shí),該處返回報警,單片機確認是報警信號后,啟動(dòng)現場(chǎng)聲光報警器,同時(shí)控制無(wú)線(xiàn)通信模塊SIM900A向SIM卡中的聯(lián)系人發(fā)送短信,通知相關(guān)負責人,及時(shí)檢修；實(shí)際應用表明:該系統智能化程度高、可靠性好、成本低。

Abstract:

The paper designed a gas monitoring system that used STC15F2K60S2 MCU as the core processor and consisted of monitoring net with MODBUS/RS-485 to collect and process the concentration signal of RBT-6000-FX gas detectors,used for the environment of production, storage, pump or use of flammable or toxic gas.This system adopted MODBUS communication protocol design the data communication between MCU and gas detectors, and passed RS-485 bus to realize multi-position real-time monitoring of gas detectors. If the detector at some position tests gas leakage, the alarm signal will be sounded here when MCU tracks the status of detectors. MCU confirms it, then starts the acousto-optic alarm at the scene and controls the wireless communication module SIM900A to send text messages to the contacts in SIM card, notifying the relevant to maintenance timely. The practical application shows that the system has high intelligent degree, good reliability and low cost.
