摘要:

精確的時(shí)間間隔測量在時(shí)間同步系統有著(zhù)至關(guān)重要的作用,為了滿(mǎn)足大量程和高精度的需求,介紹了一種直接計數法和時(shí)間-數字裝換法相結合的時(shí)間間隔測量系統；設計中采用兩片TDC-GP2時(shí)間-數字轉換芯片,結合FPGA和上位機,可以實(shí)現精度為1 ns時(shí)差測量；經(jīng)過(guò)大量的實(shí)際測量,系統的分辨率為70 ps,精度為1 ns,最大可以測量1 s的時(shí)間間隔；該設計的系統具有可靠性高、功耗低、精度高、使用靈活等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Abstract:

The precise time interval measurement in time synchronization system has a vital role, in order to meet the needs of a large range and high precision, time interval measurement system integrated a direct counting method and the time - digital equipment exchange method. Using two pieces of TDC-GP2 time to digital conversion chip design, the combination of FPGA and host computer, can achieve the accuracy of 1 ns time difference measurement. After a large number of the actual measurement, the resolution of the system is 70ps, the precision is 1 ns, the maximum measurement of 1 s interval. The design of the system has high reliability, low power consumption, high precision, flexible use etc.
