The high speed data acquisition system based on FPGA was designed in view of the requirements in terms of high speed, high capacity and small volume using the rechargeable lithium battery as a power supply, using FPGA to control the large-capacity Flash as a high-speed data buffer, using FPGA to control USB interface chip CH378 read U disk data. This paper introduces the background of the test system, the design principle of the hardware circuit, the ideas for firmware design and the implementation of test system in detail. Experimental results show that the system with the advantages of low cost, versatility, high reliability, and portable operation, is able to capture and store large amounts of data to the U-disk without PC.
