摘要:

針對傳統天棚阻尼控制對參數可變的磁流變半主動(dòng)懸掛系統不能進(jìn)行有效控制的問(wèn)題,設計了一種最小控制綜合與天棚混合的控制算法；首先建立了理想天棚阻尼控制算法的模型,依據最小控制綜合算法模型結構特點(diǎn)將理想天棚阻尼控制作為參考模型；然后依據磁流變阻尼器控制力特點(diǎn),改進(jìn)了最小控制綜合算法的反饋控制方程,得到混合控制算法的控制律；最后對改進(jìn)的算法進(jìn)行了仿真分析；仿真結果表明,混合控制算法在懸掛系統參數發(fā)生變化的情況下能夠有效降低車(chē)體加速度和車(chē)輪動(dòng)載荷,具有較好的控制效果；所設計的改進(jìn)的天棚半主動(dòng)控制可以提高車(chē)輛的行駛平順性,對被控系統參數的變化具有良好的適應性,具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

Abstract:

A minimal control synthesis-skyhook (MCS-SH) mixed control algorithm was designed to improve the control effect of standard skyhook control for parameter-varying magneto-rheological semi-active suspension system. Firstly, the model of ideal SH control was established, which was taken as the reference model of MCS. Then control law of MCS-SH algorithm was provided in improving of the feedback control equation of MCS based on the feature of magneto-rheological damper (MRD). Finally, the simulation analysis of the MCS-SH algorithm was implemented. The results illustrate that the sprung mass acceleration and wheel dynamic load are decreased with MCS-SH control as the suspension parameters change. The improved skyhook semi-active control could enhance the ride comfort of vehicles, and be adapted to the variation of suspension parameters, which makes it of high practical utility.
