摘要:

為解決多品種小批量生產(chǎn)模式企業(yè)生產(chǎn)脫離工藝與質(zhì)量管控的問(wèn)題,自主開(kāi)發(fā)了面向組裝作業(yè)的小批量生產(chǎn)工序管控系統；通過(guò)結合可視化工藝系統,并采用人機交互技術(shù)、無(wú)線(xiàn)射頻識別技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、數據檢測與采集技術(shù)實(shí)現了組裝作業(yè)的可視化指導、批量生產(chǎn)管理、關(guān)鍵工序嚴格受控、檢測數據實(shí)時(shí)記錄、產(chǎn)品信息可追溯的目標；確保了生產(chǎn)工藝得到完全落實(shí),產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量得到嚴格把控。

Abstract:

Process Control System is developed independently adapted to small batch production for assembly in order to solve the problem of the production out of process and quality control in small batch production companies. Combining Visual Process System, as well as using interaction technology, radio frequency identification technology, sensor technology, detection and data acquisition technology, the system finally achieves the purpose of visual guide assembly, batch production control, key process control, data detection and record, product information traceability. The system insures the complete implementation of the production process and the strict control of product’s quality.
