Aiming to effectively organize, retrieve and browse the mass of equipment support image data, a mode of image annotation of equipment support data based on equipment IETM was built. It analyses the abuses of existing image annotation means of graphical model, chooses equipment support image data of equipment IETM as the sample data of image annotation and improves the annotation transfer process of graphical model with the TF *IDF value theory. The experimental result shows that the model and arithmetic of image annotation of equipment support data posed in this paper can effectively promote the recalling demand and precision demand,also,can meet a certain demand of users on the image annotation of equipment support data.
