    摘要:

    探討用于火電廠(chǎng)一次風(fēng)管道風(fēng)速及煤粉濃度在線(xiàn)監測系統的高速數據采集方法與相應的實(shí)現技術(shù),可為一次風(fēng)速及煤粉濃度的測量提供可靠的數據。根據要檢測的電廠(chǎng)鍋爐一次風(fēng)管道氣固兩相流的特性,在基于微波法測量一次風(fēng)速及煤粉濃度方案的基礎上,設計了用于一次風(fēng)速及煤粉濃度檢測的數據采集系統。該采集系統使用ST公司的Cortex M4核心的ARM處理器和高精度、雙極性、多路同步ADC采集轉換器,并使用百兆以太網(wǎng)通信芯片把采集的數據傳送到上位機。實(shí)現了四路同步數據的采集、傳輸及存儲,經(jīng)試驗驗證,能夠穩定的進(jìn)行數據采集。只需對該系統稍加改動(dòng),即可實(shí)現8通道同步采集。適用于多數數據采集的場(chǎng)合,具有很好的應用前景。

    Abstract:

    To explore the method and the corresponding implementation technology of on-line monitoring system of high speed data acquisition,which is used in power plant’s wind velocity and pulverized coal concentration measure,it can provide reliable data for the detection that wind velocity and pulverized coal concentration of primary air. According to the main characteristics of pulverized coal concentration and wind velocity for the boiler of primary air, Based on the method of measuring the velocity of a coal dust and the concentration of coal powder by microwave method, Designed the data acquisition system for a wind velocity and pulverized coal concentration detection.The acquisition system uses ST's architecture (M4 core ARM processor) and high precision, dual polarity, multi-channel synchronous converter ADC acquisition chip (AD7606),and uses the Ethernet communication chip of 100M to sends the data to the PC.which implements the four-way synchronous data acquisition , transmission and storage, It has been verified by test, can be stable for data collection. Only need to change the system for a little bit, 8 channel synchronization acquisition can be realized.It Suitables for most of the data acquisition, and has the very good application prospect.
