    摘要:

    針對目前開(kāi)發(fā)的航空發(fā)動(dòng)機監測系統中對振動(dòng)信號分析不夠全面的情況,開(kāi)發(fā)了一套航空發(fā)動(dòng)機在線(xiàn)振動(dòng)監測系統。此系統分為飛機端和地面站兩部分,在線(xiàn)監測時(shí)對振動(dòng)異常進(jìn)行報警。采用多種振動(dòng)信號分析方法對采集的振動(dòng)信號進(jìn)行分析,得到多種特征供故障診斷使用。提出使用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )和專(zhuān)家系統分別進(jìn)行故障診斷,然后綜合兩個(gè)診斷結果給出最終的診斷結論。通過(guò)數據庫管理數據,并為數據管理做了詳細設置。同時(shí)為了監測顯示的實(shí)時(shí)性做了一些設定。另外此系統還提供報表功能。在航空發(fā)動(dòng)機實(shí)驗臺上對系統進(jìn)行了測試,結果顯示此系統能實(shí)時(shí)監測發(fā)動(dòng)機的振動(dòng)狀況,振動(dòng)超限后會(huì )即時(shí)報警,并對典型故障的診斷準確率達到90%以上。

    Abstract:

    For the situation that the current aero-engine monitoring systems don’t analyze the vibration signal comprehensive enough, we have developed an aero-engine online vibration monitoring system. This system is divided into two parts, on the aircraft and on the ground. If the vibration is abnormal when online monitoring, the system will alarm. The system analyzes the acquisition vibration signal through a variety of vibration signal analysis methods to obtain various characteristics for fault diagnosis. We propose to use neural network and expert system to diagnose the faults respectively and then combine the two diagnostic results to give the final conclusion. The system use the database to manage data and we have done some detailed settings for data management. And we also have done some settings for the real-time monitoring display. The system also has reports function. We have verified the system on the aero-engine test stand. It’s proved that the system can monitor the vibration and diagnose the faults well.
