摘要:

電動(dòng)執行器控制模塊采用傳統的控制電路結構較復雜，發(fā)生故障的概率相對較高，另外，電機在運行時(shí)會(huì )產(chǎn)生很多熱量，導致電機發(fā)熱過(guò)高，增加了機械的磨損，結果造成執行器運行速度慢，耗費時(shí)間，壽命短。本文采用一種基于A(yíng)VR單片機ATMEGA329為核心的電動(dòng)執行器控制模塊檢測儀，很好的解決了傳統電動(dòng)執行器控制模塊存在的問(wèn)題，實(shí)現了較高的可靠性和穩定性，可以長(cháng)距離的傳輸信號，且速度較快，與其它一些儀表可以做到調試、功能和技術(shù)性能測試。文中簡(jiǎn)介了該控制模塊檢測儀的基本原理、設計方案和實(shí)驗測試結果。最后經(jīng)過(guò)試驗證明，該電動(dòng)執行器運行穩定，可靠，能夠滿(mǎn)足技術(shù)更新的要求。

Abstract:

This article introduced the intelligent test instrument with the core of AVR-ATMEGA329 that is for the debug of the control filed in electric actuators, quality inspection and the judge of the basic performance. The instrument can be connected to an object to be detected correctly, the switch, the electric actuator control module on the market in general adjustment can be done debugging, function and performance test. This paper introduces the design scheme, the system modules, system reliability test. The results show that, the system has the advantages of simple operation, good visibility, stable operation, reliable, can meet the technical requirement.
