The microelectronics technology has entered the times of limited power. Power consumption has become the bottleneck for the development of integrated circuit. High power will make the life and performance of products reduce. So the design of low power consumption is the main trend of the future. In the low power design, dynamic frequency scaling always is the focus of research. When the processor operating frequency and bus missing match, that will produce a communication error. In this paper, through the research of MV14 experiment platform, author introduce a solutions which can eliminate the metastable state and get the normal communication purpose by adding FIFO and some combinational logic between MV11 processor and AMBA bus. Finally through the simulation found that any adjust the work frequency of MV11 processor ,it also can meet the transmission protocol.
