The test result showed, the method proposed in this article considerd more influence factors, comparing with the proportionate stratified sampling allocation based on failure rate, that the failure samples alloration based on the proposed method in this article was more rational and the result of demonstration test was much more approximate to the real level of product testability design, and it was more practical in project.
