針對模擬電路多故障分類(lèi)中存在拒識區域,分類(lèi)效果不理想的問(wèn)題,提出基于有序分割最佳偏二叉樹(shù)結構的模擬電路故障診斷方法；首先分析多分類(lèi)中分割次序對結果的影響,通過(guò)樣本類(lèi)中心歐式距離對故障分割進(jìn)行排序,以此構造偏二叉樹(shù)結構；然后對采樣數據進(jìn)行主成份分析降維壓縮,最后采用支持向量機作為分類(lèi)器,對故障數據進(jìn)行分類(lèi)；該方法可以使樣本類(lèi)間距離最大,提高了支持向量機模擬電路故障分類(lèi)的效率和準確度；故障診斷結果表明文章提出的診斷方法在精度提高的情況下,所需訓練時(shí)間和支持向量數目大大減少,更具稀疏性。

Abstract:

In allusion to unclassifiable region existed in analog circuit fault diagnosis which causes classification unsatisfactory, a new analog circuit fault diagnosis method of optimal binary tree based on ordered dividing is presented. Firstly, the effect of dividing order on multiclass classification results is analyzed. Best diagnosable fault component set is selected based on Euclidean distance of component set center, and binary tree formation is built in the ground of the order. Secondly, sampled data dimension of analog circuit is reduced by principal component analysis. Finally, SVM is taken as the classifier, which classifies the fault data. This method can make distance of fault component set maximum, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of analog circuit fault diagnosis. The result indicates that this method need less SVs and training time with high accuracy and sparser.
