EtherCAT是一種實(shí)時(shí)工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議；基于EtherCAT實(shí)時(shí)性強的特點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)研究了EtherCAT分布時(shí)鐘機制,并提出了在嵌入式設備上基于實(shí)時(shí)操作系統μC/OS II完成主站設計的方案；通過(guò)分析傳輸延時(shí)補償、初始偏移補償、動(dòng)態(tài)漂移補償等時(shí)鐘同步過(guò)程,完成了對主站系統時(shí)鐘同步技術(shù)的設計；基于環(huán)形冗余結構搭建了一主三從的EtherCAT測試系統,并通過(guò)計算機、示波器等設備采集得到從站間產(chǎn)生SYNC0信號的時(shí)間差值數據；最后,根據SYNC0周期為1 ms的數據,分析得到系統時(shí)鐘誤差維持在55 ns以?xún)鹊耐叫阅?為時(shí)鐘同步技術(shù)的理論研究提供了數據支持。

Abstract:

EtherCAT is a real-time industrial Ethernet protocols. Based on the EtherCAT characteristic of strong real-time, paper focuses on the distributed clock mechanism and proposes the proposal of master systm design based on real-time operation system μC/OS II on embedded devices. According to analysis of the clock synchronization process which includes the propagation delay compensation, the initial offset compensation and the dynamic drift compensation, the design of clock synchronization technology is completed in master system. The EtherCAT test system consists of a master and three slaves based on redundant ring structure. Using an oscilloscope and computer, the time difference of generating SYNC0 between slaves are gathered. Finally, it analyzes the clock synchronization performance of the system based on the data of SYNC0 period of 1 ms and gets the accuracy within 55 ns. These data provide support for the theory of clock synchronization.
