With the fast development of High-Speed Train technology as well as the dramatic increasing of the communications between the On-board equipments、the train fault detection and diagnosis information and the video monitoring information which posed a higher requirement to the real-time and reliability of the message baring medium and communication interface. In this thesis , In order to achieve the target of high efficiency、security and reliability , a Zero-latency RS485 module was designed and applied in a master-slave network—The Train On-Board Fire Detection System. The Zero-latency module was modeled with Multisim software. The simulation of Zero-latency module was conducted and the results show that the Zero-latency of The RS485 module were reliable. 
