摘要:

介紹了ABB可編程控制器(PLC)、昆侖通態(tài)觸摸屏及杰控上位機在高空火炬點(diǎn)火系統中的應用；該系統采用ABB可編程控制器和昆侖通態(tài)觸摸屏為控制核心,能實(shí)現火炬的手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火、狀態(tài)及數據顯示、實(shí)時(shí)報警；通過(guò)工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)將3個(gè)點(diǎn)火子系統連接至監控室計算機,運用杰控上位機軟件在監控室實(shí)現實(shí)時(shí)監控、報警、數據查詢(xún)、打印報表等功能；實(shí)際應用表明,該遠程監控系統運行穩定、可靠,點(diǎn)火成功率達100%,滿(mǎn)足使用要求；PLC、觸摸屏和上位機三者的結合在保證點(diǎn)火安全和可靠性的同時(shí)也提高了系統的自動(dòng)化水平。

Abstract:

a kind of ignition system for the high-altitude torch controlled by the ABB PLC,the touch-screen of Kunlun Tongtai and supervisory computer of FameView is Introduced,By taking ABB programmable controller and the touch-screen of Kunlun Tongtai as main unit,the Torch's manual,auto ignition,State and data display,real-time alarm functions is realized.The three ignition subsystems is connected to thecontrol room computer Through the industrial Ethernet.The supervisory computer of FameView is used to implement real-time monitoring,alarms,data query and report output.operational results show that,it has higher reliability,better stability and ignition rate reached 100%,ideally satisfied the operation requirements. The combination of PLC ,touch screen and host computer at the same time to ensure the safety and reliability of ignition also improve human-computer interaction.
