摘要:

為配合箭上某型號數字量變換器進(jìn)行全面的性能測試,通過(guò)對數字量變換器性能指標以及各狀態(tài)信號的分析,提出了基于USB接口的高速數字量變換器測試儀的設計方案；詳細說(shuō)明了系統各功能模塊的實(shí)現方法,并對系統進(jìn)行了實(shí)際的分析和測試；與以往測試儀器性能相比,該設計從硬件、軟件及其工作模式方面都做了一些優(yōu)化,明顯提高了測試的精度;系統整體采用模塊化設計方法,完成幅值8-10 V的計算機字信號以及幅值28 V的指令信號的傳輸,具有很強的通用性和可擴展性；在實(shí)際應用中,該測試儀設計可行,能全面檢測數字量變換器的性能。

Abstract:

Through analyzing the function and state signal of Digital converter, this paper brings forward a design of Digital converter test-bench that based on USB interface, which is used to test the comprehensive performance of Digital converter. The detailed implementation method of each part and practical tests are presented. Compared with traditional tester, this method is optimized from both aspects of hardware and software to improve the precision of the test. By using the design method of module, the system accomplishs the transmission of 8-10V computer word and 28V instructed signal, and achieves powerful universality and extensity. In practical application, the design of the tester is feasible, and it can examine the digital converter performance entirely.
