鑒于現有四輪定位儀參數求取方法誤差大、參數項目少、對測量環(huán)境要求高等不足,提出了一種基于三維成像技術(shù)的四輪定位參數建模方法；該方法通過(guò)雙攝像機對目標板拍攝獲得的圖像信息,應用空間向量方法,求取車(chē)體運動(dòng)狀態(tài)下的輪軸信息,動(dòng)態(tài)建立四輪定位參數測量模型,解決測量平面的動(dòng)態(tài)建立、測量平臺的補償等問(wèn)題；經(jīng)過(guò)零標定平臺測試,當車(chē)輪旋轉在18~22°時(shí),定位參數求取方法正確有效,通過(guò)實(shí)車(chē)對比測量驗證,平均誤差小于0.07°。

Abstract:

To solve the problems of gross errors, few items and high demand on surroundings in calculating parameters for a four-wheel aligner, a modeling method for the aligner based on the 3D imaging technology is proposed in this paper. In this method, a model for calculating the aligner parameters is created dynamically with the image data obtained from two cameras and the axle data calculated with the spatial vector method, in order to dynamically establish the measurement plane and compensate the measurement platform. The zero calibration platform testing shows that the method of calculating the aligning parameters is correct and effective when the wheels rotate between 18-22 degrees. The average is below 0.07 degree in the real vehicle comparative measurement verification.
