Domestic EP-H31580 interface chips were used in this design, whose LVTTL level I/O ports can be directly related with FPGA to realize the function we need. Compared with imported BU-61580 interface chips, they did not require a level conversion circuit, the circuit structure was simplified. Further, we configurated the EP-H31580 by invoking the internal IP core BLOCK RAM in FPGA to simplify the process of logic control.The paper introduced in detail how the function of the 1553B card was realized form several aspects of hardware circuit design, cable terminal design and logic design. After verification, the 1553B card can achieve RT and BM function. It had very high reliability, and has been applied to practical engineering.
