    摘要:

    針對傳統的無(wú)人機溫度檢測系統對于無(wú)人機機箱溫度異變信號的檢測實(shí)時(shí)性和準確較低的問(wèn)題,設計并實(shí)現了基于DS18B20溫度傳感器關(guān)聯(lián)模型的無(wú)人機機箱溫度異變信號檢測系統,根據溫度在不同位置的測量值不同,建立不同位置的關(guān)聯(lián)模型,利用溫度傳感器之間的關(guān)聯(lián)系數λ,判斷不同位置的溫度信號是否正常,并對溫度異變信號發(fā)出警報;硬件設計主要包括溫度傳感器檢測電路、數據處理模塊、聲光報警模塊等;軟件設計主要包括工作流程、DS18B20實(shí)時(shí)溫度傳感器關(guān)聯(lián)性的程序實(shí)現等;最后對無(wú)人機100次的飛行提取機箱檢測溫度進(jìn)行試驗實(shí)驗,通過(guò)溫度傳感器DS18B20對無(wú)人機機箱實(shí)際的溫度數據進(jìn)行檢測,結果表明:機箱內部模塊周?chē)鷾囟茸兓c散熱風(fēng)扇周?chē)臏囟绕骄鶞囟茸兓嗖钤?.5℃以?xún)?在誤差允許范圍內,相關(guān)性很大;另外,與傳統系統對比可知,該系統的檢測準確率高達95%以上,且穩定性強,能為無(wú)人機的安全飛行提供了可靠保障。

    Abstract:

    In view of the traditional UAV temperature detection system for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) chassis temperature variation signal detecting low real-time and accurate, was designed and implemented based on DS18B20 temperature sensor correlation model of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) chassis temperature variation signal detection system, according to the measurements of the temperature on different position is different, different location of the associated model is set up, using the correlation coefficient between the temperature sensor, judge the temperature of different position signal is normal, and the temperature variation signal sounded the alarm. The hardware design mainly includes the temperature sensor detection circuit, data processing module, sound and light alarm module, etc.; Software design mainly includes the work process, the real-time temperature sensor DS18B20 correlation program implementation, etc. Finally extracted 100 flights for unmanned aerial vehicle chassis testing temperature testing experiment, through the temperature sensor DS18B20 temperature data of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) case actual testing, the results show that chassis internal temperature around the temperature change and a cooling fan around the module differs within 0.5 ℃, the average temperature changes in the range of allowable error, correlation is very large. In addition, compared with the traditional system, in this paper, the detection accuracy of the system is as high as 95% above, and the stability is strong, providing a credible guarantee for the safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flight.
