    摘要:

    為進(jìn)一步提高電氣火災探測系統的探測精度及響應時(shí)間,在傳統電氣火災探測系統的基礎上,設計了基于STM32F的無(wú)線(xiàn)紅外測溫系統;該系統采用紅外測溫技術(shù),探測出電氣配電箱內各線(xiàn)路的溫度信號;通過(guò)微處理器實(shí)時(shí)采集溫度信號及A/D轉換后的數據,進(jìn)而進(jìn)行數據處理和算法分析;并利用ZigBee無(wú)線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò )技術(shù)組建檢測網(wǎng)絡(luò ),實(shí)現溫度數據的可靠傳輸;實(shí)驗結果表明:電氣火災無(wú)線(xiàn)紅外測溫系統精確度高達99.37%,靈敏度高,響應時(shí)間為20.5 s,能精確監測電氣配電箱內溫度,預防電氣火災的發(fā)生。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the detecting precision and the response time of the electrical fire detection system, the wireless infrared temperature measurement system based on STM32F, was designed on the basis of the traditional electrical fire detection system. Infrared temperature measurement technology was used in this system to detect the temperature signal of the electrical power distribution box. Temperature signal and A/D converted data were real-time collected by the microprocessor, then data process and algorithm analyses were proceed. And use the ZigBee wireless network technology to form a network that could realize the reliable transmission of temperature data. It shows that the electrical fire wireless infrared temperature measurement system has a high sensitivity through the experimental results. The accuracy of wireless infrared temperature measurement system is up to 99.37% and the response time is 20.5 s. It can precisely detect the temperature of electrical distribution box and prevent the electrical fire.
