為了進(jìn)一步提高目前電站鍋爐燃燒系統的控制性能,在分析了某亞臨界鍋爐燃燒系統動(dòng)態(tài)特性與影響因素的基礎上,將各回路主控制器采用可以適時(shí)調整控制器參數的模糊自適應PID控制器,并且根據前饋補償解耦原理在各耦合回路間增加類(lèi)前饋補償的模糊解耦控制器來(lái)實(shí)現全新的燃燒系統優(yōu)化設計;通過(guò)MATLAB仿真表明,采用文章提出的雙模糊控制策略相比常規的模糊自適應PID控制,響應時(shí)間縮短了45.2%,超調量降低了53.6%,調節時(shí)間減少了32.7%,魯棒性增強,控制性能有了很大提升。

Abstract:

In order to further improve the control performance of the power plant boiler combustion system, based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics and influencing factors of a subcritical boiler combustion system, a new combustion system optimization design has been presented, the method got the fuzzy adaptive PID controller which can timely adjust the controller parameters as the main controller of each circuit adopts, in addition, according to the principle of feedforward compensation, the method also added a similar feedforward decoupling fuzzy controller between the coupling circuits. The MATLAB simulation result shows that the proposed double fuzzy control strategy compared with the conventional fuzzy adaptive PID control, response time shortened by 45.2%, overshoot amount was reduced by 53.6%, the regulating time reduced by 32.7%, enhanced the robustness, the control performance was greatly improved.
