摘要:

針對Honeywell PPT壓力傳感器模擬輸出方式需要數據采集設備才能實(shí)現與計算機通信,以及其數字輸出精度高于模擬輸出精度的情況,為了方便快速地實(shí)現PPT的工程應用,利用傳感器串口通信特性,基于C[HT6"]++ Builder編程,設計了簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用的測控程序；可通過(guò)數字的方式完成對壓力傳感器信號的測量及常用參數的更改,并能圖形化顯示傳感器的實(shí)時(shí)測量,通過(guò)高精度標準壓力輸出設備測試,該程序響應速度快,測試結果準確,可完全在個(gè)人電腦上操作,成本低廉,易于實(shí)現。

Abstract:

According to the situation that communication between the PPT and the computer must build by data acquiring equipment, and that the precision of digital output is superior to the precision of analog output. In order to complete the engineering application of PPT easily, based on the character of RS-232 port in Honeywell PPT, this paper provide a measurement and control program using C[WT6"BZ]++ programming language. It can measure the pressure and modify the parameter of PPT, and display the pressure data curve in real-time. This program can be easy to carry out on personal computer with low cost. 
